Bath teachers learn their local history

      WARM SPRINGS - It took just 216 years, but Bath County history will soon be taught in local schools. Come September, elementary and high school students will learn about what's happened to shape Bath County since its founding in 1791.

Valley Elementary School kids raise $2,200 for Relay for Life
     The students at Valley Elementary worked hard to raise $2,234 for the Bath, Highland Relay for Life recently held at Millboro Elementary. The two classes raising the most money earned a pizza party donated by Relay for Life headquarters in Roanoke. Above: Mrs. Simmons' class earned a pizza party for kindergarten through third grade.
