      WARM SPRINGS - Dr. Malvern "Mal" Lynn Miller, Ph.D, 71, of Hot Springs, died July 10, 2007 at his home. He was born March 26, 1936 in Cordell, Okla., the son of the late Urban Lynn Miller and Mildred Kellough Miller. Dr. Miller was a retired (32 years) marketing education professor emeritus from Old DominionUniversity in Norfolk.

DANNY LEE FRANKLIN
      VINITA, Okla. - Danny Lee Franklin, 54, of Vinita, formerly of Hot Springs, died Monday, July 9 at his residence. He was born Feb. 24, 1953 in Hot Springs, the son of Junior Franklin and the late Iva Lee Franklin. He was employed with Wal Mart in Vinita. He was an avid fisherman, camper and outdoorsman who enjoyed life to the fullest.

JIMMY TRACY MOORE
      DALEVILLE - Jimmy Tracy Moore, 75, of Troutville, died Thursday, July 5, 2007 at Carrington Place, Daleville. Born July 8, 1931 in Radford, he was a son of the late Thomas Floyd Moore and Lillian Graham Moore. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War, and was a long time member of the Fincastle Presbyterian Church, where he was a deacon and elder.
