Millboro student awarded $20,000 scholarship

      HOT SPRINGS - Jack and Marianne Vardaman announced last week the award of the $20,000 four-year Vardaman Family Foundation Scholarship to Joseph "Joey" Robertson of Millboro. Robertson is a 2007 graduate of Bath County High School and will enter Virginia Tech this fall where he will study engineering.
