Old school buildings should be restored
      Editor, The Recorder The future of what remains of the old school in Millboro was at issue befor the (Bath County) Board of Supervisors on Tuesday evening. Although I was unable to attend, I do want to share a few thoughts, both as one who lives close to Millboro and as p;resident of the Bath County Chamber of Commerce.

New leadership needed in Cedar Creek District
      Editor, The Recorder, I am a resident of the Cedar Creek District and at the Sept. 11 board of supervisor's meeting I watched our representative, Mr. Percy Nowlin, take 10 steps backward by not taking Bath County a step ahead in the future, but a step behind and voting animal husbandry be left in our comprehensive plan.
