MONTEREY - Few could have been more proud than the 27 elementary school students last Thursday night except, perhaps, the teachers and administrators of Highland's youngsters and their parents. Last spring, 57 third-, fourth-, and fifth-graders took the statemandated Standards of Learning tests in four subject areas, and of those, 27 of them passed all four. More ...
