Board of zoning appeals - Discuss recommending a member for appointment by the Highland Circuit Court for a five-year term effective July 1. Harry Sponaugle's term expired June 30. Community Policy and Management Team - Appoint members to the CPMT for a two-year term effective July 1 to represent Court Services Unit, Community Services Board, and Highland County Board of Supervisors. Homeland Security Program - Discuss adopting a memorandum of understanding between the Virginia Department of Emergency Management and Highland County for delivering statewide training, exercise, planning and shelter programs. Authorize the county administrator to renew the county's insurance with the Virginia Association of Counties Risk Pool. Approve a fireworks permit for a fireworks display at the Highland County Fair. Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission - Monthly report from supervisor Jerry Rexrode.
