Request to approve tax exempt financing by Nature Conservancy through issuing tax-exempt revenue bonds by the Bath County Industrial Development Authority for refinancing the Nature Conservancy's outstanding debt for prior purchase of 8,600 acres on or near Warm Springs Mountain (R. Hart Lee, attorney; and Mrs. Linda Crowe, director of land protection, the Nature Conservancy.) United States Forest Service Warm Springs Ranger District Report, Patrick Sheridan.
VDOT Resident Engineer District, including considering resolutions approving designation of Rural Rustic Roads for portions of Routes 694, 605 and 618, Susan Hammond.
Public hearing agenda Joint public hearing by the board of supervisors and the planning commission on the Bath County Comprehensive Plan Draft 2007-12 update of the current plan.
Public hearing by the board of supervisors on the proposed amendment of Local Code, Chapter 10, "Erosion and Sediment Control" to bring the local code into compliance with state standards.
