HOT SPRINGS - The following decisions were handed down in Bath County General District Court on June 27.

Criminal and traffic divisions: Carlos Mendell Debrill II, speed- ing 72/55, dismissed; Raymond Stuart Fix, failure to obtain registration, $25 fine, $56 costs; George A. Jones, bad check, two counts, dismissed; Curtis Lee Keyser, bad check, continued to Aug. 8; Everett Riley, damaging property, not guilty; Randall J. Woetzel, short one floating device, $35 fine, $66 costs; Carl Austin Chestnut, shooting from road, guilty; Sunja Lynn Church, reckless driving (speeding 60/30), continued to Sept. 26; Jeffrey Wayne Dressler Jr., alcohol possession/under 21, continued to Jan. 9; Shawn Lynn Hise, bad check, guilty; Curtis Lee Keyser, failure to obey court order, $5,000 bond, guilty; Justin Calixto Mosler, fugitive from justice, continued to Aug. 8; Christin Marie Persinger, possession of controlled substance, not guilty, failure to appear, driving outside of restrictions, guilty.

The following decisions were handed down in Bath County General District Court on July 11.

Criminal and traffic divisions: Rebecca Joan Dean, reckless driving, dismissed; Erin M. DeLullo, speeding 69/55, dismissed; Billy Ray Donathan, speeding 54/30, dismissed; Lisa Law Hazelwood, speeding 44/30, guilty; Timothy Scott Putham, improper driving, continued to Oct. 10; Ines Marina Rojas Arellano, improper driving, guilty; Zachary Wayne Ryder, speeding 65/55, dismissed; Kristin Noel Shifflett, speeding 49/30, guilty; Christopher J. Tierney, speeding 68/55 dismissed; Cory Lee Trent, consuming alcohol/under age 21, continued to Aug. 8; Lawrence David Maurer, speeding 67/55, continued to Oct. 10.
