Blue Grass district - Ballard Preston, alteration and addition; Beulah Presbyterian Church, electric; Faye M. Chapman, repair and replacement; Garth Simmons, electric; Homer L. Callison, alteration and addition; Wesley D. Woods, repair and replacement.
Monterey district - Carl Wagner, agricultural building; clyde Witmer, new home/cabin; David Dykes, alteration and addition; George W. Hooke III, alteration and addition; Highland Medical Center, alteration and addition.
Stonewall district - Chris Scott, alteration and addition; Clifford Sinclair, alteration, addition, and accessory building; David E. Conley, accessory building; James Blagg, agricultural building; John Hammer, alteration and addition; Kin Parisi, electric; Kyle Obaugh, alteration and addition; McKendree Church, accessory building; Richard Lockwood, accessory building; Steve Burns, accessory building; Stewart Risdon, electric.
Estimated costs of improvements were $597,685 and permit fees of $2,449 were collected.
