Extension staff spread over Bath, Highland counties
MONTEREY - There are two Virginia Cooperative Extension service offices in the Bath and Highland area.
The Bath office is in the Warm Springs Courthouse. Christine Hodges is unit coordinator; and extension agent, 4-H Youth Development. Joyce Ryder is unit administrative assistant.
The Bath office also provides educational program support from neighboring counties - Stephanie Diehl, Kathleen Pokrana-McElroy and Cristin Sprenger, family and consumer sciences; Brian Jones and Jon Repair, crops and soil sciences; Rodney Leech, animal science; Thomas Stanley, farm business management; and Matthew Yancey, natural resources.
Leech is also unit coordinator for the Highland office, located in the modular building next to The Highland Center.
