Athletic hall of fame accepting nominations
HOT SPRINGS - The Bath County Athletic Hall of Fame Committee is accepting nominations for its next class. To be considered a nominee must be a graduate of Millboro, Valley or Bath County high schools and have completed school 10 years prior to consideration.
A nomination should include the following information: biographical, sports played and honors received in high school, any college or post high school education, sports played and honors received, work history and community involvement.
"It is important that if you or someone you know that should be considered that they complete a nomination form," said committee member Mark Griffin. "The committee can't make selections unless they are aware and receive the information. There are some great candidates out there and we need to know about them."
