Public hearing Hugh and Jane Dunnagan/ Bacova Investments, LLC - Application to rezone a oneacre parcel from R-1 (residential limited) to R-3 (medium density residential) zoning district. The property is located on Klondike Drive in Warm Springs Magisterial District. Traywick and Carol Duffie - Application to rezone two contiguous parcels comprising 1.77 and 16.84, respectively, form R-2 (residential) to A-2 (agricultural general) zoning district. The property is located in Mitchelltown along U.S. 220 and Route 649 in the Cedar Creek Magisterial District. BARC electric cooperative and Industrial Development Authority of Bath - Application for a conditional use permit to expand an existing lay-down yard used by BARC. Total acreage to be used for expansion is 1.5 acres (total acreage owned by IDA is 1143.29 acres). The property is in the Millboro Magisterial District.
