Bath jury commissioners send out questionnaires
WARM SPRINGS - Bath County Circuit Clerk, Darlene W. Carpenter, announces that three jury commissioners have been appointed to randomly select prospective juror and mail out jury questionnaires to 300-400 persons to serve on juries in the circuit court within the next year. The three commissioners were apered pointed by the Hon. Humes J. Franklin Jr., Judge of the 25th Judicial Circuit.
Please return completed questionnaires promptly in accordance with Virginia law. Remember, this is not a summons to appear at this time. If you are qualified, you may be summoned for jury duty within the next year. If you have questions contact the Bath County Circuit Court at (540) 839-7226.
