Singleton, addition; Bath County School Board, new construction and renovation of Bath County High School; Becky Hise, renovation; Wilbur L. and Jeanne Lindsay Tucker, construct dwelling; Dennis D. Kincaid, addition; Amy Elizabeth and Louie W. Dennis, addition; Betty K. Cauley, demolition; Carroll R. and Carol Dooms, electrical and roofing; Bath County School Board, renovation; Teresa M. Schneider, storage building; Charles T. Black, storage building.
Estimated costs of improvements were $5,497,561.
