The planning commission disapproved this request 5- 0 on Aug. 27. ¦ Traywick and Carol Duffie - Application to rezone two contiguous parcels comprising 1.77 and 16.84 acres respectively form R-2 to A-2. The property is located in Mitchelltown along U.S. 220 and Route 649 in the Cedar Creek Magisterial District. The planning commission recommended approving this request 5-0 on Aug. 27. ¦ Former green box site on Crooked Spur Road, Millboro - 4.34 acres. Public testimony on potential sale or disposition of the public land no longer used as a green box site.
