Cougars sweep Rams
COVINGTON - The Highland Rams traveled to Covington Tuesday and suffered a 25-14, 25-12, 25-10 loss to the homestanding Cougars.
Highland started off slow and showed signs of having difficulty coming together as a newly merged (JV and varsity) team, and the Cougars capitalized for the easy victory.
"Not good," said Ram coach Margie Swanger. "We didn't play well as a team."
The Rams (2-5) are back in action tonight at home against the Blues of Parry McCluer. Game time is 6 p.m.
