Plastic bag ban - review correspondence from the board of supervisors of Isle of Wight County asking for support of a resolution requesting that the General Assembly adopt legislation that would grant localities the authority to ban or discourage the use of plastic bags. Veterans Day - adopt a proclamation in recognition of Veterans Day. America Recycles Day - adopt a proclamation in recognition of America Recycles Day 2007, Nov. 15.
