Douthat State Park will be closed for fall hunts
DOUTHAT - Douthat State Park will close for fall hunt opportunities. The park is closed for safety purposes during the days of the hunts.
The park will be closed to all guests on Nov. 6-8. The park will re-open to the public on Nov. 9, at 6 a.m. Douthat State Park will also be closed to all guests on Nov. 13- 15. The park will re-open to the public on Nov. 16 at 6 a.m.
On these days the park is closed to all guests, day use and overnight guests. All facilities will be closed for these days. For information about the hunt contact Douthat State Park at (540) 862-8100.
Both hunts are by reservation. You may make reservations by calling 1-800-933-PARK (7275), if you are interested in participating.
