MONTEREY - The following building permits were issued by the Bath County Department of Building and Zoning in the month of October:
Johnny and Jane Wright, replace four foot deck and build roof over porch; Hugh and Jane Dunnagan, replace porch and make smaller; Allegheny Adobe Inc., construct single family dwelling; Craig Malcolm Buzzard, set storage shed; Elsie Wolfe, two porches on house and detached carport and attached carport.
Linda Katzenbach, 20'x40' concrete pool with infinity basin and edge; The Homestead LC, installation of a 150' monopine tower, fenced compound and equipment shelter, generator, propone tank; Patricia Gryder, garage; Delbert and Margaret Simmons, construct two sheds; Renala Estate Farms LLC, add electric service for out building; Sonya S. McKay, construct two story dwelling.
Estimated costs of improvements were $1,500,122.
