¦ James White Jr., Verona Residency Administrator, report on county roads and projects ¦ Review and accept or reject bids for construction of the Highland County Pool
¦ Discuss possible disposition of a used county vehicle to the Meals-on- Wheels program
¦ Discuss recommendations for revisions to the solid waste ordinance and set a public hearing as appropriate
¦ Review a recommendation from the zoning administrator for amendments to the Highland County Zoning Ordinance in regard to the placement of abattoirs / slaughter houses
¦ Discuss rescheduling the date for the January regular meeting. (The first Tuesday falls on Jan. 1 which is a holiday)
¦ Discuss appointment of a member to the Board of Building Code Appeals for a five-year term ending Dec. 31, 2012. (Dean Beverage's term expires Dec. 31).
¦ Discuss appointment of a representative for Highland County on the Blue Ridge Community College Board (Koressa Malcolm is unable to serve after Dec. 31).
¦ Review proposed budget calendar.
¦ Monthly report from Supervisor Jerry Rexrode on Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission. ¦ County vehicle license fees - Report on research of license fee.
¦ Metal recycling - Report on contract with Allied Waste.
¦ Virginia Outdoors Foundation - Report on conservation easements.
¦ Registered voters - Report on definition of resident.
