WARM SPRINGS — The proposed partnership between the Bath County Board of Supervisors and the Bath County Chamber of Commerce to promote tourism in the county has hit a bit of a roadblock, although the chamber president and board of supervisors chairman are hopeful further discussion between the two groups will allow the process to move forward. WARM SPRINGS — The Bath County Service Authority has asked its customers to conserve water, and administrator Gene "Bugs" Phillips hopes more stringent restrictions do not have to be implemented. WARM SPRINGS — Heather McAllister of Millboro was sentenced Friday, Aug. 15 in Bath County Circuit Court. McAllister, 27, was convicted in February of three felony drug charges.
