McDOWELL - Cody L. Armstrong, 2007 graduate of Highland High School, and the daughter of Mike and Georgeanne Armstong made the dean's list at Blue Ridge Community College this fall with a GPA of 4.0 for her 12 credit course load. She is currently in the transfer program.
