Stewart - Beale
HOT SPRINGS - On Saturday, Aug. 18, 2007, Thomas Coleman Stewart and Delores Butler Beale were united in marriage at the Piney Grove Baptist Church at 3 p.m. by the Rev. W. Ed Mansfield.
The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her son-inlaw, Victor A. Kerr. The bride's daughter, Cherie Beale-Kerr, served as the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were sisters of the bride, Gloria Braxton and Mary Jean Nelson. The ring bearer was Adrian Brown, great-nephew of the bride and the flower girl was Destinee Brown, great-niece and god-granddaughter of the bride.
The best man was Michael Brown and groomsmen were Carl Church and Justin Alexander. Serving as ushers were Mike Spurgeon and Tommy Anderson Sr.
The wedding director was Pamela Campbell. The guest book attendant was Janet Cardwell. The church was decorated by Sarah and Joan Williams and Mountain Laurel Creations provided the flowers. Wayne Winebriner served as pianist. P.Y. Henry and Tony Hensley served as photographers. Mary Adderton was the soloist.
The wedding reception was held at Hot Springs Fire and Rescue Squad with the meal catered by Kim Brown, Pat Milnes, Allen Brown and Shirley Williams.
The couple spent their honeymoon on a nine-day cruise around the islands of Hawaii. The bride was given a Hawaiian theme bridal shower in July.
They now reside in their new home in West Warm Springs.
