Millboro - Paul and Nancy Clark, singlewide mobile home; Charles Crummett, addition and alteration; Bruce and Sandra Gentry, modular home; James and Linda Eaton, garage.
Warm Springs - Frank and Amanda Pritt, alteration and renovation.
Estimated costs of improvements were: $270,700.
