Supervisors should air differences in private Editor, The Recorder,
Am I the only one that has noticed that the Bath County supervisors' meetings seem to have turned into a place to air your personal dislikes and vendettas?
I really think, as an elected official, instead of ranting and raving and flinging accusations, it would be much more mature and professional to meet that person in private and discuss it in a sane and professional manner. After all, they, like you, were put there by a majority vote, so someone must have liked them.
People in other areas must chuckle when reading each week's chapter in the ongoing saga; surely there have to be more important things to take care of.
I just hope everybody is listening. After all, there will be another election and people are like an old pair of socks and after awhile, wear thin and need to be replaced. Maybe it is time.
