Trinca - application to rezone 0.55 acres from R-1 (residential limited) to B-2 (general business) with owner proffered restrictions limited to uses including office space, specialty shop, and retail business. The property is located off Route 39 across the street from the Warm Springs Market in the Warm Springs Magisterial District.
