| Sylvia Schooler Snead celebrated her 99th birthday on April 27. She lived in Ashwood for 68 years and raised two boys and two girls, Mary, J.C., Helen , and Wayne. She splits her time with her two daughters, one in Hot Springs, at Cedar Creek, and one in San Antonio, Texas. She is the proud mother of J.C. Snead, professional golfer. She loves to keep up with politics and wonders who will be the next president. She loves to read and hear from all her friends back in Hot Springs. She looks forward to The Recorder. When it gets to her, she reads it from cover to cover. She takes her stroll around the pool almost every day, watches her soap operas, and keeps up with the daily news. She loves to go to church and Sunday School. She will be returning to Hot Springs sometime in May, and is looking forward to seeing everyone. Her address is 9307 Nona Kay, San Antonio, Texas 78217.
