Engagement Bussard - Wimer MONTEREY - Isabell Bussard of Monterey, and Allen Bussard of Mountain Grove, announce the engagement of their daughter, Trish, to Tim Wimer, son of Virgil and Linda Wimer of Blue Grass. Both are graduates of Highland High School. No wedding plans have been made.
