Regular meeting ¦ Approve agenda. ¦ Presentation of picture from the Bath County Airport Authority. ¦ Consider letter from supervisor Carol Hardbarger concerning hearing on equine ordinance. ¦ United States Forest Service Warm Springs Ranger District Report. ¦ VDOT Resident Engineer District Report. ¦ Consider revised amendment to Bath County land use requirements by adding Section 713.00 Equine - Residential Zoning Districts. The purpose of the regulation would be to allow horses in residential zoning districts (R-1, R-2 and R-3) with a conditional use permit. ¦ Consider revised amendment to Bath County Code by adding Chapter 18-Zoning. The incorporation of this chapter would give the zoning administrator the authority to enforce the regulations.
