After July 23, Howell will no longer see patients at the Millboro Clinic. New office hours for Bath County Family Practice at Hot Springs are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Wednesdays and Fridays, 8 a.m.-noon.
