¦ Joint pubic hearing with the planning commission regarding clarification of the boundaries of the growth center area in Millboro and Millboro Springs as presented in the county's comprehensive plan.

¦ Bath County Public Schools financial report as of June 30.
¦ Presentation of proposed plan for Old Millboro School by the Millboro Preservation and Cultural Association, Inc. - Jackie Plecker, cochair.
¦ Discussion by the board of supervisors regarding further negotiation, acceptance or rejection of the proposed draft contract with Millboro Green, LLC for the renovation and reuse of Old Millboro School.

¦ Ratify of use of interest from high school renovation loan for debt service and request to transfer equivalent amount of debt service to Old Millboro School line item to pay for asbestos abatement and demolition expenses of band room.
¦ Consider draft agreement with Jame University for wind power studies in Bath County.
