 | | On Thursday, June 26, ACS Design Company celebrated the opening of its Bath County office in Warm Springs. Edward Hicklin, LS of Millboro manages the office, which is across the from the Bath County Courthouse. Hicklin is the only surveyor in Bath County and surveys properties from residential to the boundaries of complex commercial properties. With the support of the Roanoke-based ACS office, the company offers other professional services in engineering, planning, design and surveying. Hicklin (c) stands with the two founding members and co-owners of ACS, Dan Early (l) and Scott Easter (r). Bath County Chamber of Commerce hosted the ribbon cutting and reception.
