Bath, Highland full of July 4th activity
 | | Kids own the road during the Blue Grass Children's Parade and eat delicious cookies made by Frida Bird and ice cream before lunch on Independence Day morning. |

Sponsored by Bath County's Recreation Department, each child who placed received a ribbon, and first and second places won a $15 and $10 gift card respectively. The quartet, who has several CDs, had a missing member, Jared Heatwole, replaced by a good friend, Dan Freed, though many know him as Dr. Freed.
