• Sept. 11 — Debra Nelson of Franklin, W.Va., was charged with destruction of property and assault and battery.

• Sept. 12 — Responded to a report of illegal hunting, Cowpasture Road North.

• Sept. 13 — Responded to a report of a disabled tractor-trailer, Highland Turnpike.

• Sept. 13 — Provided funeral escort from Monterey Presbyterian Church to Monterey Cemetery.

• Sept. 14 — Responded to a report of skateboarding in the roadway, Jackson River Road.

• Sept. 16 — Transported inmate from Allegheny Regional Jail to court and returned same.

• Sept. 16 — James Daniel Hass was charged with felony child neglect and involuntary manslaughter and transported to Middle River Regional Jail.

• Sept. 16 — Allison Kay Smith was charged with felony child neglect and manufacturing and distributing marijuana and transported to Middle River Regional Jail.
