Supervisors ask for $1.5 million in stimulus money to pay for wind energy consultants

MONTEREY — Highland County supervisors agreed Tuesday they could use some help getting the proposed industrial wind energy utility here off the ground, and find a way to negotiate with the company to take advantage of the facility.
