Highland board ignoring the rules of good government

Editor, The Recorder, Most of the time I agree with editorials in The Recorder. disagree, however, with one point made in the March 19 editorial on the Freedom of Information Act. The editorial addressed the need for open government and the need to make public decisions in public, and I certainly agree with that.
