      Editor, The Recorder, I found last week's Recorder quite fascinating. It seems there was a lot of griping going on. The curmudgeons were going at it, full force. I don't do much of it because it is basically (a word I hate) a waste of time.

Americans being steamrolled by wind industry
      Editor, The Recorder, I read your excellent editorial ("Make it stop," July 28) exposing the shell game tactics of this slimy industry. For the record, I actually think there is a great future and great promise in wind energy, but never with the prop turbine design.
