Pocahontas asserts its rights on Va. border

Officals ask for hold on wind tower project

MONTEREY — Pocahontas County officials are more than a little upset by the approval of a wind energy utility near their border, and that Highland officials have not included them discussions about the project. Pocahontas County commissioners are preparing to hold a special, emergency meeting this week to decide on a course of action.
