Medical center CEO charged with felony fraud
     MONTEREY — David Bradley Drawbaugh, executive director of Highland Medical Center, was arrested on a warrant requested by Virginia State Police about 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22. Drawbaugh, of Hightown, was charged with one felony and one misdemeanor related to obtaining money from the medical center under false pretenses.
