What’s wrong with this picture? This map, created by Maryland resident Dan Boone in 2008, shows an original plan for a long string of 400-foot turbines dotting the ridges near the intersection of Rockingham and Shenandoah counties, in Virginia, and Hardy County, in West Virginia.
