Small wind systems ordinance headed to supervisors

WARM SPRINGS — Bath County is one step closer to having an ordinance to govern small, residential-type wind energy systems. The county planning commission unanimously voted Monday to send a proposed ordinance regulating such systems to the board of supervisors for consideration. The supervisors must approve the ordinance before it can become effective.
