James River defeats Bath JV girls

HOT SPRINGS — The Bath County girls’ JV basketball team lost to James River Friday night, 38-17. The Knights took an early lead, putting up nine points in the first quarter while holding the Chargers to four. Bath was able to stay within striking distance of James River, but the Knights scored 10 straight points over the last 2:30 to ensure the win.
