John M. Lohr, 67, of Monterey, passed away Sunday, Oct. 7, at home.

Lohr was well-known in Highland as long-time commonwealth's attorney and attorney for the Town of Monterey.

Obaugh Funeral Home in McDowell is handling arrangements.
