WARM SPRINGS – A Bath County grand jury Tuesday indicted John James “Jay” Batley on 162 felony counts of embezzlement, and an additional charge of grand larceny, also a felony. Bath commonwealth’s attorney Chris Singleton said the charges, in monetary value, “add up to in excess of $400,000.”
