Sugar water flows in time

HIGHTOWN — Up until the first day of the Maple Festival, March 9, the weather was too cold on Allegheny Mountain for tapping maple trees. “The sugar camp is running full capacity,” said an elated Ronnie Moyers of Laurel Fork Sapsuckers, Highland’s newest commercial sugar camp.
