Bath unveils a new draft of proposed noise ordinance



WARM SPRINGS – At the Bath County Planning Commission meeting Tuesday, a new draft of a proposed noise ordinance was made public for the first time.

The draft ordinance is just three pages, something that was met with praise from Sheriff Robert Plecker.
