Dominion seeks reversal on pipeline decision

MONTEREY – In a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court last week, Dominion Energy’s legal team seeks high court action to reverse the U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit decision that is claimed to convert the Appalachian Trail “into a 2,200-mile Park-Service barrier separating critical natural resources from consumers along the East Coast,” the petition states.
