Marvin Lyn Dunaway

COVINGTON — Marvin Lyn Dunaway, 72, of Covington, went to be with the Lord on June 14, 2022.

He was born in Mahan, W.Va., on Feb. 13, 1950.

He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War as a communications technician. He was president of Dunaway Construction for 15 years. He retired from Branch and Associates as a foreman.

He was the finest master finish carpenter in the area for many years. He was also featured in the Country’s Best American Log Homes, 1999 edition...
